Below are some of the more common questions asked by our clients.

Do you manage the property?

We only undertake cleaning and minor maintenance to give you peace of mind, helping you and your guests experience a smooth turnaround.

How do i pay your company from my country?

We advise that you transfer funds directly from your Spanish bank. It's important to both parties that we avoid unwanted charges.

Will you meet my client with keys?

In the main the answer is no as your letting agent should undertake this task, however in individual circumstances we may be able to help.

Can you provide a food hamper on arrival?

It's a common request and one that we help with often, so yes we can provide the basics so your client can get settled into their vacation.

Can you replace my bedding with new products?

If we clean your property and feel that your bedding, bath matts, small appliances etc are due for renewal. We can help you to amend this.

My guests are not satisfied with the clean?

In the unlikely event that your home isn't cleaned to our usual high standards, we will send a member of staff as soon as possible to take a look.

Will i get an invoice for the work?

We are a fully legal entity paying taxes in Spain, all of our customers will recieve a factura/invoice for any works undertaken by our team.

How do i keep my holiday home in good condition?

Cleaning is important but your holiday home needs to stay in good condition. We will take notes during cleans and recommend updates.

What is an end of tenancy clean?

Is a deeper more thorough clean, mainly due to a build of of clutter and dirt. We have a minimum charge for this service, we deal with these cleans individually.
